These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in LEV at londoneventsverified.net (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access the platform or attend LEV gatherings.

1. Definitions

  • "LEV" refers to London Events Verified, its founders, and executive team.
  • "Service" refers to the digital portal, member pass, and associated platform features at londoneventsverified.net.
  • "Member" refers to an approved individual holding active membership credentials.
  • "Content" refers to photos, text, comments, or materials posted by members.
  • "Gatherings" refers to private events and social sessions curated by LEV.

2. Admission & Eligibility

Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Membership is granted by application and invitation only. LEV reserves full discretion regarding application approvals and membership admissions.

3. Membership Agreement

  • Application & Approval

    Access to the LEV Circle is curated. Each application is evaluated individually. LEV reserves the right to accept, decline, or defer applications without obligation to disclose rationale.

  • Credential Confidentiality

    Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Unauthorised account sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • Membership Revocation

    LEV reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership immediately if a member breaches these Terms, violates the LEV Club Rules, or compromises community safety, privacy, or atmosphere.

4. Member Content Guidelines

  • Content Standards

    All content posted on the platform must be accurate, lawful, respectful, and free of defamatory, explicit, harassing, or infringing material.

  • Licence & Ownership

    Members retain ownership of their content. By posting content, members grant LEV a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and moderate the material within the private member portal.

  • Moderation & Curation

    LEV reserves the right to inspect, moderate, or remove content that violates community standards or applicable laws, operating in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023.

  • Content Reporting

    Members may report inappropriate or infringing content using the member options interface or by contacting LEV Concierge directly.

5. Private Gatherings & Discretion

  • RSVP Curation

    RSVP submissions are subject to review. Confirmed attendance remains subject to venue capacity, door discretion, and event safety protocols.

  • Event Conduct

    Attendees must observe the LEV Club Rules at all times. Door management and LEV executive staff retain absolute discretion regarding admission.

  • Strict Privacy & Discretion

    Members agree to respect the privacy of fellow attendees. Publicly posting private gathering locations or attendee identities without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Digital Pass Credentials

The LEV Digital Pass is personal to the named member, non-transferable, and valid solely for entry verification. Duplication or unauthorised transfer will result in immediate membership revocation.

7. Safety, Notices & Takedown Procedure

In compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023, LEV maintains active safety mechanisms for content review and notice response.

  • Submitting a Notice

    Members may report unlawful or harmful content via the member options menu or by emailing hello@londoneventsverified.net.

  • Review & Removal

    Reported content is reviewed promptly by LEV Concierge. Material found to violate safety standards will be removed.

  • Formal Appeals & Complaints

    Formal complaints regarding content decisions or account status may be sent to hello@londoneventsverified.net with the subject "Formal Complaint". Responses will be issued within statutory timeframes.

  • Account Action

    Repeated violations of safety standards may result in temporary account suspension or permanent membership revocation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members shall not:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
  • Harass, intimidate, or compromise the privacy of any member or staff member
  • Post illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content
  • Attempt unauthorised access to platform systems or member data
  • Deploy automated scraping or extraction tools
  • Transfer or share digital pass credentials
  • Disclose private venue locations or member identities to third parties
  • Misrepresent identity or credentials

9. Intellectual Property

The LEV name, brand, platform design, graphics, and assets are the exclusive intellectual property of LEV. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. LEV assumes no liability for member conduct or third-party venue operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under English law, LEV shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of platform access or gathering attendance.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Continued platform access following updates constitutes agreement to the amended Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
